Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges and terms will be applicable to the Applicant/s, wherein the Applicant/s has not executed the agreement:

In case Applicant/s wishes to cancel the booking of the Apartment, amount mentioned in the table below shall be deducted and the balance amount if any shall be refunded to Applicant/s without any interest within 45 working days from the date of receipt of letter requesting cancellation of the said booking.

2 Within 16 to 30 days from the date of Allotment letter 1% of the cost of the said agreement
3 Within 31 to 60 days from the date of Allotment letter 1.5% of the cost of the said agreement
4 After 61 days from the date of Allotment letter 2% of the cost of the said agreement

In all other cases where the Applicant has executed the agreement, the amount paid by the Applicant/s shall be refunded after deducting cancellation charges of 10% of the Apartment value.
